There is no air conditioning with this model.All iit does is act as a cooling fan. It does not go down to as low as 37F. It does not change the temperature in a room less than 200 square feet. And when I tried to return the item using the email that Costway gave me, no answer to this point. What a disappointment.

False advertisement. This is NOT an Air Conditioner. Nowhere in the description do you mention that ice water is necessary to cool a room. Your ad says hassle free returns. That's a lie. A 30% imposed Restocking fee is not hassle free and was not mentioned before purchased.
After spending $149 I received a partial refund of $22.
This unit isn't effective at all. Adding water to it only added humidity to an already hot & humid room. It made a bad situation horrible.

I don't know where you obtained the glowing reviews but they must be written by you because they couldn't be further from the truth.

First of all, my delivery of 2 boxes, for portable air conditioner, 1st box, was a USED unit. The protective box ( for AC unit ) missing 3 of 4 ( styrofoam ) corner protections. Unit was scratched, missing was the wrench to put the wheels on. The top styrofoam was broken. NO DIRECTIONS in box. It was a used Portable AC unit, that was shipped. 2nd Box, I opened top only - direction was on top. I didn't take out the unit , still in box as of 10/1/2025. I'm not happy with the product.I what a full refund. Not being charged for restocking charge / fee.. You sent me a USED unit.. because of my in-convivence, I'm not happy @ all. I want a ticket to return, the products, be credited 100%. Also I emailed a previous request, no response was sent back to me. I need a " Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ).
