Return & Refund Policy

At Shoppinghood, we are committed to providing you with a safe and reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer clear and fair guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return & Exchange Period

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.


Conditions for Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item(s) must:

  • Be purchased directly from shoppinghood.co within the last 30 days.

  • Remain in their original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.

  • Products used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible.

  • Only items damaged during delivery are eligible for replacement.

⚠️ Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Custom/Personalized” cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@shoppinghood.co with your order details.

  2. Indicate whether you want a return, refund, or replacement.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back.

⚠️ Items returned without authorization cannot be accepted.


Fees & Customer Responsibilities

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge, deducted from your refund.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. These will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped to you at no additional cost once your return is verified.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • Final Sale or Clearance items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items showing signs of wear, improper use, or customer damage.
