You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item(s) must:
Be purchased directly from shoppinghood.co within the last 30 days.
Remain in their original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
Products used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible.
Only items damaged during delivery are eligible for replacement.
⚠️ Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Custom/Personalized” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Indicate whether you want a return, refund, or replacement.
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back.
⚠️ Items returned without authorization cannot be accepted.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge, deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. These will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped to you at no additional cost once your return is verified.
Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
